Victoria Falls

The Vic Falls Villa is a luxury self catering guest house, exclusive to groups or families.

It is completely private - secluded and nestled in a peaceful suburb of Victoria Falls, approximately a 1km walk or drive to town and 3.5 km to the majestic Victoria Falls.

Guests have exclusive use of this home which sleeps 10 comfortably.  There are 5 bedrooms (2 with kingsize beds, one double, one twin and a "kids room" with single size bunk beds) and 4 bathrooms - three of them ensuite.

Each bedroom is air conditioned with ceiling fans except for the bunk room which has a standing fan. Furniture is made from Zimbabwean teak.  All the bedding is Egyptian Cotton and there are 100%  Blockout Curtains and  Voiles.  Hairdryers are provided.

In the centre of the villa is a large, enclosed and semi covered courtyard, with a sunken Jacuzzi, bar, built-in gas barbeque, two fireplaces, two flat-screen TVs, a table and seating for 10 people - ideal for entertaining.

The house is set in a beautiful, manicured garden with a pool, orchard, fishpond, aviary, and
magnificent, mature indigenous trees, including the iconic old Baobab tree seen in our logo. All of this attracts a variety of birdlife.   Guests can pick fruit from the orchard and there is a vegetable / herb garden for their use too!

A private Chef can be arranged if requested, at an extra cost and subject to availability.  Prior notice would be required.

An Independent Massage Therapist can be arranged to give you a relaxing massage underneath our majestic;  estimated +/- 300 year old Baobab Tree.  24 hours notice is required for this treatment.

A private mini-bus is on hand for airport transfers and for all local movements if guests do not have their own vehicles.

The villa is full serviced.  A hostess and driver husband-and-wife team are on hand all the time to ensure that everything is provided for guests.

A mobile phone with airtime and useful numbers is available for use by International guests.
