Situated within the private Wild Horizons Wildlife sanctuary (15 kms from Victoria Falls Airport and 10 kms from Victoria Falls town) The Elephant Camp lies within easy reach of Victoria Falls and all its attractions and activities, with breathtaking views of the spray of the Victoria Falls and its spectacular gorges.

The Camp accommodates only 24 guests in 12 luxury tented exclusive suites facing the gorges, each with a private viewing deck and plunge pool, air-conditioning and fans, a luxury bath, inside and outside shower, mini bar and tea/coffee station and wi-fi throughout.

Three new open-air Star Suites provide guests with a very special "close to nature" experience under a canopy of stars with magnificent views towards the Victoria Falls and Batoka Gorge.

The large central area has a wide verandah on two sides for "al fresco" meals and teas, and houses an open-plan lounge, bar and indoor dining area. Nearby is a swimming pool area with a sunken firepit and two small decks for private dinners or secluded sundowners.

The Elephant Camp West is a smaller, more intimate exclusive-use option, separate from the main camp, and ideal for weddings, groups or families.  It has a central dining area and four tented suites each accommodating two adults and two accompanying children on sleeper couches. The suites are similarly equipped to those in the main camp, with views looking towards the spray of the Victoria Falls.
Access is by Wild Horizons road transfer from Victoria Falls, Livingstone or Kasane.

Also located within the private Wild Horizons Wildlife Sanctuary, The Wallow Lodge is a 32-bed luxury tented, eco-friendly lodge built on decks overlooking the Masuwe River.   Designed as a more affordable, mid-range alternative to The Elephant Camp, this camp is a paradise for nature and bird-lovers.

The 16 suites all have a private viewing deck, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor showers, tea/coffee stations, mosquito nets and a room safe.  The spacious main lounge & dining area is fully-decked, with views overlooking the Masuwe River.  There is a fully stocked bar, curio shop and a library, free Wi-Fi in the main complex area, a main swimming pool, with a deck and fire pit area.

Victoria Falls is a short twenty-minute transfer from the camp, giving guests the freedom to find a balance between the exclusivity of the bush and the excitement of Africa’s Adventure Capital.

Situated only 7 kms upstream of the iconic Victoria Falls, Old Drift Lodge offers guests five star treatment on the banks of the Zambezi River in the untouched natural beauty of the Zambezi National Park where elephant, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, lion and many other animals pass by.

Old Drift Lodge speaks to the rich heritage of the area. A ‘drift or ‘ford’, is a shallow place in a river or stream where it is possible to cross safely without using a boat. Around 1898, the Old Drift (originally known as Sekute's Drift) was used as a crossing point over the Zambezi River between what was then Southern and Northern Rhodesia (today Zimbabwe and Zambia). The drift was at a point on the river, 7 kilometres above the Falls, where the river is wide but runs low enough during certain periods for safe crossing.

Only 4.5 kilometres from the town of Victoria Falls, Old Drift Lodge is the closest lodge within the National Park to Victoria Falls. Luxury boats transport guests to the main lodge area which has 360 degree views, north-facing onto the Zambezi & south-facing onto a water hole.  It consists of a dining and bar area under canvas with sweeping views of the Zambezi River, and al fresco dining deck and a floating star gazing and fireside deck. Wi-fi is  available throughout and there is a spa and a gym.

Old Drift Lodge offers family-friendly accommodation, in 10 double tented suites and 4 family suites.  Each air-conditioned suite is decorated with stylish furnishings, fitting of the bygone eras, which blend in seamlessly with the natural environment. The spacious canvas en-suite rooms all have a private lounge, indoor and outdoor showers, plunge pool and an outdoor bath overlooking the Zambezi.

Three newly unveiled Star Suites offer breathtaking panoramic views of the river and surrounding wilderness, allowing you to witness nature's splendour from the comfort of your suite.

The activities offered at Old Drift Lodge emphasise the rich natural environment which can be explored by road, river or on foot.

WATERFALLS LODGE - COMING SOON (June 2025) (Currently under construction - a 60-bedroom hotel situated in the suburbs of Victoria Falls - an ideal wedding or conference venue).

Wild Horizons also offer a complete range of adventure activities, tours and transfers in and around Victoria Falls (see Wild Horizons Activities & Transfers) as well as The Lookout Café perched on the edge of the Batoka Gorge just downstream of the Victoria Falls.
