Wild Zambezi won the award for "Most Innovative Contribution to Tourism" at the Zimbabwe Council for Tourism's 2009 congress dinner and awards ceremony at Meikles Hotel on Friday 29th May!

Quite an achievement, especially given the fact that we are still in our first few months of existence!

Zimbabwe is as magnificent as ever... lush vegetation, magnificent wildlife and most of the safari areas and accommodation are still in great condition. The police were friendly, the shops are stocked with food, and fuel was readily available.
