ZimParks also has individual bookings specialists for their various Parks - see below for their contact details.

BOOKINGS: Reservations for ZimParks facilities are opened one year in advance to all clients, including Zimbabwe residents.

Clients are treated on a first come first serve basis, with payment being demanded up front.

It is advisable to make your bookings in advance via the main Booking Office in Harare (see details below), especially at Peak Safari Season times (July-November).   

All payment by non-residents are to be paid in US$Local Zimbabwean residents may pay in the local currency at the prevailing interbank market rate of the day. (Check with the Booking Office to clarify the rate).  Payments can be made via bank transfer (details given on request), by local Debit Card "swipe" or in cash or Ecocash at the ZimParks booking office.  Some park stations also have Point of Sale machines which take international cards.  

Tax & Levies: Note that all ZimParks charges for foreign payments include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) , 2% tourism levy for locals where applicable and 2% tourism levy for non-resident clients.
